Mauldin, South Carolina

Mauldin is located just south of Greenville, SC city limits and just north of Simpsonville, SC, all of which are within Greenville county lines.  Similar to the five other cities that make up the largest upstate county, Mauldin has its own location that would be considered a main street downtown area.  Residential communities both established and new surround this commercially developed “crossroads,” and homes from all price ranges can be found in subdivisions scattered about.  While driving about this section of the county, you can cross from Mauldin to Simpsonville to Greenville and back again without knowing, but the areas all have their own zip codes which among other things, gives them identity.
